How it works?
Option 1:
Seamless On-Playa Delivery & Setup Available!
Want the most hassle-free way to enjoy your RV at Burning Man? Let our experienced team handle all the logistics.
- What We Do: We deliver your pristine, playa-ready RV (2022+ model) directly to your registered camp location within Black Rock City. Our service includes professional setup, leveling, and a complete orientation right at your campsite.
- After the Burn: When the event concludes, we return to retrieve the RV. You don’t have to worry about navigating it out or the post-event cleaning – that’s included!
- What You Do: Simply provide us with your confirmed camp placement details and be present for the delivery orientation.
- Best For: Burners seeking maximum ease, comfort, and peace of mind, allowing you to focus entirely on your experience.

Option 2:
Flexible Options: Near Gerlach Delivery or South Lake Tahoe Pickup
Prefer to manage your own transportation timeline and save on delivery fees? Pick up your RV from one of our convenient locations.
- The Process: Collect your new-model travel trailer from South Lake Tahoe, CA (📍map location) or Empire, NV (📍map location). We’ll provide a thorough orientation at the pickup location. You are responsible for towing the RV to/from Black Rock City and setting it up at your campsite.
- Important Requirements: Towing requires specific preparation. You MUST have:
- Suitable Tow Vehicle: Confirmed capacity to safely tow the specific weight of your rented trailer.
- Correct Hitch & Wiring: A 2-5/16″ tow ball set to approximately 23″ height (top of the ball), a functional electric brake controller, and a standard 7-pin round wiring plug.
- Liability Insurance: Proof of current auto liability insurance that extends coverage to a non-owned, towed trailer.
- RV Damage Coverage: EITHER proof of comprehensive/collision coverage for the rented RV (an “insurance binder” from your provider) OR a significant security deposit equal to the RV’s replacement cost.
- Best For: Experienced towers with the necessary vehicle setup and insurance coverage who value scheduling flexibility.
